I’m Natasha

I’m a recruiter and career coach, and I run The Unfiltered Recruiter.

I’m also the founder of BioTc Search and BioTc Transitions.

No hype. No vague motivation.

I help people understand what’s really happening and what to do next.

Where I Come From (and Why That Matters)

I’ve spent my career inside recruitment internal talent teams and executive search.

I’ve reviewed 50,000+ CVs, placed 500+ people, and worked across:
• Junior to C-suite roles
• Internal talent, agency, and retained search
• Founder-led hiring and VC-backed environments

I’ve partnered closely with founders, CEOs, VCs, and leadership teams.

That means I understand:
• How hiring decisions are really made
• What gets discussed behind closed doors
• Where candidates are most often misunderstood

This is the perspective most people don’t have and why my advice cuts through fast.
